Your right to return

As a customer in Norway, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) on your order. That means you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — no explanation needed.

To use your right of withdrawal, just let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@blankhabit.co, or by using the standard withdrawal form. The item must then be sent back to us within 14 days of that notice.

Condition of returned items

You're welcome to open and inspect a product to check what it is — just as you would in a shop. But if it's been used beyond that, we may deduct from your refund for any reduced value.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used tablets and refills can't be returned once the seal is broken, unless they're faulty.

Refunds

Once we've received your return — or proof that it's on its way — we'll refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used. Return shipping is covered by you, unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Want a different scent or product instead? The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Drop us a line at support@blankhabit.co and we'll help you sort it.

Something wrong with your order?

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, that's on us — not you. Email support@blankhabit.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, return shipping included. Under Norwegian law you also have a right to complain (reklamasjon) for up to 2 years (or 5 years for products meant to last longer).
